It wasn’t very authentic, but it was quite tasty.

We skipped Ramen-Ya on a recent visit because of the lack of authenticity -- though I am not so sure that for a dish created by Japanese in imitation of Chinese dishes, having Chinese proprietors is such a sin. Also it was too hot for ramen.

Have you eaten at Byblos, Simon?

Thanks Simon, I've been searching for a ramen restaurant forever. The picture makes it look pretty good. I'm a big ramen lover so I will comment back as soon as I try it!
