Spikes in cholesterol

  • 23rd Nov, 2005 at 1:54 PM

I have eaten about six eggs in the past two days. But were they ever good!

I've been making meals out of omelettes. This is because I'm practising my technique: the fork in the pan, folding it over twice, trying to get those tapered ends. And even when I fail, they are still so good to eat.

People who eat eggs, I compel you to learn how to make an omelette. Once you do, a fantastic meal is always only five minutes away.

eggs are good for you
Your liver is the primary source of cholesterol in your body. It will manufacture less when you eat more. If this doesn't happen, there's a problem with your liver.

I love omelets. I use grapeseed oil for both the filling and the eggs. Sometimes the basil-flavored stuff...

Sounds tasty.

Have you read Julie and Julia yet?

I have heard of it, but I have yet to read it.

After looking at Julie Powell's weblog, I think I might enjoy it.

I'm afraid that 蝦仁炒蛋 is a little more complicated than an omelette. I do agree that this dish is good eating, almost as good as 番茄炒蛋.
