Holiday festivities

  • 17th Dec, 2005 at 2:31 PM

The Unofficial 2005 NITI Christmas Party seems to have been a resounding success.

And by that, I mean that everyone was well fed, well watered, and well wished. Plus, nobody seemed to do anything horribly embarassing. Of course, I didn't take any photographs, so the evening turned into a blur after a while.

Not only that, I was taught how to pronounce Romados (which I have since forgotten); that washing dishes at 5h00 is not so bad, and that pomegranates are very messy.

Thank you for showing up and being smashing! We shall have to do this again some time.

We skipped on the tequila this year, thus avoiding the "horribly embarassing". ;-)

I've got some photos, I'll post a few soon...

Thanks for organizing this.

I really have to say that the NITI holiday party has pretty much always been the highlight of my work-related year and this one was no exception. I mean, wow, I couldn't imagine a better group of people to sell my soul with..

you know, i just got back from the Ubisoft xmas party.. and somebody did something embarassing.

Ok - it wasn't just anybody. it was me.

BUT, i got paid to do it.. so i guess that makes me a professional.. or something. :)

Dude, I wouldn't want to be paid to do anything embarassing.

If I'm going to embarass myself, it will be out of my own free will and not because it's my job!

Oh, it wasn't my job. I chose to do it - i just chose to accept a monetary reward at the end of it. ;)

That sounds like work to me. :)
