This Wednesday, we'll be congregating across the street from my apartment building, in Parc Jeanne-Mance. Bring your favourite book of poems, a treasured anthology of short stories, or a well-loved novel. Then, we shall take turns reading to each other.

You should bring drinks to share and snacks to eat. I'll bring down some milk from my fridge and bake some cookies. But we are not adverse to other tasty things, like cupcakes or brownies. But you're also welcome to come if you sing for your supper.

Please R.S.V.P. with Benjamin.

The Milk & Cookies idea is the brainchild of the HRSFA.

You, and a book or three

Parc Jeanne-Mance, close to the corner of Duluth and Esplanade.
In the event that we are rained out, we will be retreating to 8-4137, av. de l'Esplanade.

I reallyl wished we lived in the same city so I could attend. I'm sure it'll be a blast.

Somehow, without even trying, I've created some form of marketing machine that's propelling me into the public eye.

Good thing my LiveJournal is pretty innocuous.

The first one was Spring of 2005, and it's a once a season event.

Lucky number 6!

I checked your weblog. This is the fifth. We obviously skipped one.

I'll be there, but owning almost entirely computer books and sci-fi I haven't a clue what to bring.

Sci-fi is a good choice, as it has lots of short stories and fun scenarios. Surely you must have a favourite tale there.

And some computer books are hilarious. I'm thinking of Programming Perl, though.
