That's some Freudian slip.

Very nice. 6.06 is a good release for servers and the like, so I encourage you to maintain this policy.

We haven't defined what will be in 7.04, but we will in the next three weeks. It will be a standard release, supported for only 18 months.

Going to load this onto my new desktop today to play with it- :)

It certainly is a relief. Now I can try to get better before flying south.

Tell us what you think of the new release. It has all sorts of shiny.

on a side note
When looking at that picture, I kind of want to stick a lizard on their faces.

So, who are those people anyway?

Models.

Oh. I thought they were especially attractive programmers / QA people. [disappointed]

Also, does 6.10 support cranial implants / wetware? Because damn, that was a fast response.

Although we are a sexy bunch, none of us could take the time out to pose for a photo shoot. We were too busy engineering the software.

I hope you have a chance to try it out.

You'll be happy to know that my laptop boots into Dapper Drake more often than WinXP these days. Due to the craptacularity of Windows wireless drivers, it's actually a lot less likely to crash in Linux. :)

(In fact, aside from the ati video driver bug, I don't think the thing has crashed once in Ubuntu.)

I'll make my way over to 6.10 as soon as I can. (Unfortunately, that may not be until after exams...)

How about these people?

I have no idea. I'm afraid I'm not very good at recognizing people from behind.
