Happy birthday to me

  • 27th Jan, 2005 at 9:13 PM

Allison, Damian, Peter Zion and I went out to Kanda sushi for dinner tonight. Allison, Damian, Julie and I had gone there before and were quite pleased with it. In fact, it is the sushi restaurant that Julie recommended to me. Now that I think of it, all the good sushi restaurants I know were also Julie recommendations. Hmm…

In any event, this was the first time Peter had ever gone to Kanda, but he seemed quite pleased. I recall that last time we went, the salmon was a little stale; but not tonight. And of course, a $20 all-you-can-eat buffet of sushi is an excellent deal. Especially when they move seafood this quickly.

Damian and Allison got me this wonderful birthday card, and enclosed was a nose strip. I can't wait to try it. I seriously hope that this wasn't a hint that I should take care of some horrible nose blemish.

You can't wait to try a nose strip? Dude, get a grip. Hot water, that's one thing I can't wait to have.

Happy Birthday!

Also, of course I know all the good sushi places -- do you know how much sushi I use to eat when I was working full-time? Holy crap. It's a miracle I didn't turn into a fish.

Happy b-day!
Guess I don't log into Orkut enough (but who does these days, other than the brazilians?). Happy birthday dude.

happy birthday
I told you it was a joke Simon! Not a hint. Definitely not a hint. I just thought it would amuse you in view of your recent exploration of personal care products. :) Happy Birthday.

Re: happy birthday
I laughed.

But I still haven't figured out how to use it.

I can analyse a digital circuit, put up a shed, clean a fish, change oil, brulée crème, iron shirts, and write poetry. But this is still a brave new world for me.
